About this app
Workfolio is the college ERP your institution runs on its own server. The app puts it on your phone: it finds the school's server on the Wi-Fi by itself (or you type the address, or the online portal's), keeps you signed in, and uses the phone's camera for photos and evidence.

What's new
The app shows your server's screens, so it never needs an update to get new features — install it once. Updates to the app itself (2026.10.10): server discovery on the Wi-Fi, camera for every upload, downloads to the phone's Downloads folder, print / save as PDF.
How to install
- On the phone, open this page and tap Install.
- Tap the downloaded
Workfolio.apk. If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser — the app comes from Workfolio, not the Play Store. - Open Workfolio. On the school Wi-Fi tap Find my school's server; away from campus type your institution's online portal address. Sign in with your usual username and password.
Permissions and data
- Camera — only when you take a photo for an upload.
- Storage — to save downloads (statements, templates, reports) to Downloads.
- Network — to find and talk to your institution's server; nothing is sent anywhere else.
